The second annual Mayor’s Trophy – 911 Memorial Softball Game was played on September 17, 2005, between the Village PD and Village FD. This yearly event is held to recognize and pay tribute to all of our lost Brothers and Sisters from the tragic events of 9-11-01 as well as fortify the already strong bond between the emergency service organizations of the Village of Fishkill.

You will find some candid shots of both Police and Fire personnel playing the field, group pictures, a picture of the ceremonial cake and a picture of Mayor Jim Miccio along with other Village Trustees after presenting Richard (Radar) Wolfe (Fire Department) with the Mayor’s Trophy for this year’s event while Jason Betley (Police Department) looks on.

No one is counting, but the statistics are: Fire Department wins, 2; Police Department wins, 0… The Police Department predicts a big win next year!
