Time: 7:45AM Registration

Time: 8:45AM Shotgun Start

Format: Captain and Crew Scramble

Cost: $125.00 per Golfer

Sponsor Fee: $ 75.00 for Hole or Tee Sponsorship with sign

Player fee includes: (1) Greens Fee & Cart; (2) Lunch on Course; (3) Roving Beverage Cart; (4) Dinner at Greenbaum & Gilhooly’s Restaurant with Beer & Wine; and (5) Awards.

You must reserve your place or foursome by September 21, 2007
